Queries Sent to Search Providers
A name, place, or other term entered into a third-party search box is transmitted to the provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the query.
Messages You Send
If you email us or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary web and analytics systems may record technical details when a page loads:

- The referring page or site, when supplied
